Here are some simple instructions to place a Flash link in your blog.
Step 1: In order to display the file on the blog you will need to host it on a secondary webhosting site. I recommend http://www.imageshack.us/ it's free though the front page can be slow to load.
Step 2: Once you have the file posted simply select and copy the web link for the file (it is at the bottom of the page on imageshack.
Step 3: now just take the link and post it on your blog! You may want to associate it with an image of the flash file in order to maximize effectiveness.

No idea Taylor, from what I could find out, the song is about Los Angeles. But that info was from Wikipedia, so take that for what it is worth.
